Mint, Sallow, Gothic just three random words?

It amazes me how things keep going in the moth world, I have now trapped over 190 species of moth in my garden this year (Actual number is 192) or rather I have identified 192 species (many with help), last night I added two new species to my life list and 3 new for the garden, my firsts were a stunning Feathered Gothic, and two Centre-barred Sallows, the new for the garden species was the species that got me involved in mothing in the first place a Mint moth (well 2 to be precise).

While 192 species may not be much for some I must remind you that I live in the centre of a large town (Milton Keynes), with only quite a small garden, we are surrounded by other gardens, and have only a few plants (I'm changing that but it takes time), the surrounding gardens are mainly lawns as well, so there really isn't huge amounts of moth attracting plants.

Right so how was last nights trapping? And were there any wasps? Firstly, there was one wasp, but that was it, obviously getting up earlier helped (Damn, less sleep for me), secondly not bad! 92 moths, of 26 species (there were a few more before I went to bed that were gone, a good few micros in this lot so no idea what they would have been).
